Not customer service oriented. My SA was nowhere to be found. I wasn’t provided any updates during my wait. As I was leaving I overheard another client that drove off with numerous issues that weren’t addressed. It seems his SA was cut from the same cloth. At least they offer coffee and donuts while you wait…? More
Terrible Customer Service! Appt was Scheduled for 3pm Saturday-checked in at 230pm, didn’t leave until after 6pm! At hour 3 I text the link back asking for an update- crickets. after waiting 7 min for a response I walked over to the tech and asked what’s going on with my oil change. He said your car is next * granted there were other customers that checked in AFTER me for the SAME service that left well before me! I was so upset I spoke to the office manager and he checked into it and said my car would be ready in about 10 min. So my car was skipped over for approximately 2 hours and Rahmin (tech) never followed up. Needless to say, I didn’t pay a cent for the service, but this is about the principle. Since these folks took over customer service has gone to xxxx and I have been a loyal customer since 2016. One of the young ladies apologized and said something about cutting hours- uh yeah NO. There were twice as many employees than Charles Maude ever had there, and did not look like cutting “hours”. Sad thing is with so many less employees, Charles Maude staffing moved so much faster than these clowns. This is how you lose on your reputation score. More

I went to Toyota North Austin for an oil change, and they were very busy. Despite having an appointment for an oil change, it took over 3 hours for the appointment to be completed. It seemed like taking th were very busy. Despite having an appointment for an oil change, it took over 3 hours for the appointment to be completed. It seemed like taking the time to schedule an appointment has no benefit to your service being completed. This is not explained on the on-line platform on the dealership’s website. I worked with any advisor, and Deborah was the advisor I connected with. I tried to ask some simple questions when I arrived since it was my first time here for a service. It seemed that she didn’t really want to answer my questions, and that she just wanted to rush me in to get to the next car that pulled up. She was extremely short with her responses and did not listen to me. She ended up scheduling me for a tire rotation that I did not ask for. I didn’t need this service as I get that for free at the shop where I got my tires installed. This was a $19.95 service that I did not ask for. After the 3 hour oil change and tire rotation a bill was sent to my phone and after confirming things, Deborah gave me a paper bill. The total on the paper bill was much higher than the bill that was sent to my phone. When I asked the cashiers why that was, they asked me to speak to Deborah again. I showed Deborah the discrepancy and she took the first paper copy of the bill and walked back to her desk and typed some things into the computer and then walked back over to where I was standing and handed me a new bill. She did not explain anything as to why things were initially different. This is just not the type of service I would expect to receive at a large dealership. I felt that Deborah did not want to help me from my arrival all the way to the end of my appointment. I will likely not go back to this dealership for any services and I would definitely not work with Deborah again. More
