I would not rate the sales department very high. Hence my three star rating. Their service department is the crown jewel of the dealership. I’d go to another dealership to BUY another Toyota but I will always go to North Austin Toyota for my service needs. Maybe one day the sales department will improve but they just want to sell you a car, and there is no follow up. I wasn’t even notified my personal plates had arrived and I never saw my sales or finance person again when I had questions after buying my car. Tried many times. More

Last week, my driver side front lower bumper comes out and I use a zip tie to hold that and the Zip tie is still there. The safety recall on my 2020 toyota highlander concern the front bumper. Question: how did they inspect that bumper without cutting the zip tie? More

Very disappointing service! Didn’t answer my simple text about the status of the car 2 hours after I dropped it off. The bill was very unclear exactly what the charges were for. It felt very unprofessional and I highly doubt I will return for future service which is what I told the service guy. More

Horrible at service prioritization with technicians and time management of vehicles. Too many advisors, not enough technicians who are doing the actual work, which causes vehicles to be there for 5+ hours time management of vehicles. I brought my car in early at 11:30am, but they didn’t even start on it until 4pm and they close at 7pm. My car was there for 7.5 hours and they didn’t even do some of the things I requested in my reservation. A waste of time. I live 30 mins away so it’s not like I can bring my car in whenever I want. What’s the point of a reservation? They need to organize their operations because that’s ridiculous. More
