They did a good job as always on my car. Thanks so much Yadir Nolasco 😊🙏 But I do want to say that when I went to pick up my car today, the service advisor that assisted me was very rud Thanks so much Yadir Nolasco 😊🙏 But I do want to say that when I went to pick up my car today, the service advisor that assisted me was very rude and unprofessional. Yadir is my go to person but he was off today and the guy Yadir told me to ask for wasn’t at his desk and the guy I talked to was on the phone but he was so rude. He acted like I was bothering him. And then after I went to pay, he pulled up my car to the front for me and just walked off without a thank you or anything! I have always had great customer service whenever I come to Toyota of North Austin(mind you, I drive all the way from South Austin to come to your dealership all because of the great customer service) but anyway today was the last time I’ll be bringing my car over there. I’ll be getting a new car soon anyway. I would keep coming back here though because like I said, Yadir is my go to person and he does a great job on my car as always. More
