Rude, Arrogant, Condesending and non Cooperative I found the service center representative who assisted me to be very rude, he seemed very unhappy to be at his job, did not even greet me when he came I found the service center representative who assisted me to be very rude, he seemed very unhappy to be at his job, did not even greet me when he came up. He was absolutely not willing to listen to what I had to say. I have a noise from the steering wheel area when the car went over bumps or had road vibrations, The service center claims this is result of the toyota prius build and is the noise caused from vibrations from the engine rev. its clearly the result of vibrations on the road, and something being a bit loose on the steering wheel setup. Adjusting the steering wheel, reduces the noise. When I tried to explain this, KP was super condescending and became aggressive almost to the extend of bulling, I have found everyone else at this dealership to be extremely polite and friendly, including the staff who delivered my vehicle. 1 week wait when part was available in Dallas I took my car to Charles Maund Toyota only because my car broke down nearby. I had a bad buying experience there before and didn't really want to go t I took my car to Charles Maund Toyota only because my car broke down nearby. I had a bad buying experience there before and didn't really want to go there again but it was easier to get my Prius C towed there. Long story short, the part required to fix my car took 1 week to arrive at Charles Maund Toyota. I called dealers around the area and found that the part was available for 1 day delivery from a Dallas Toyota dealer and 50% cheaper than at Charles Maund Toyota! Dallas dealer part cost $70, Charles Maund Toyota charged me $140 for the same part and it took 1 week to get it! I had to pay for a rental car for 1 week to go to work, when they could've fixed my car in two maybe three days tops! All updates to my service at Charles Maund Toyota were initiated by me. They would never call me with updates. Never again! My first bad experience with Charles Maund Toyota was when I tried to buy my brand new Prius C back in 2012. They gave me the used car salesman routine with a rude salesman from India and his manager another gentleman from India. I ended buying my brand new Prius C from another Toyota dealer further away but with excellent customer service. Never again will I set foot at Charles Maund Toyota. Tried it twice and both times we were very disappointed. If you want to go back in time and experience bad service from the 70's this is the place to go to. More
