Charles Maund experience--in a nutshell First of all, "truly exceptional" is really hard to be, but if "truly exceptional" and unacceptable are the only choices, well.. I got off to a rocky First of all, "truly exceptional" is really hard to be, but if "truly exceptional" and unacceptable are the only choices, well.. I got off to a rocky start with Charles Maund. I felt pressured into buying my car by a sleazy used car salesman (Neal Slocum) and then was basically abandoned by CM...they didn't even call me to tell me my license plates were in. The first time I went to CM service, the attendant forgot about me and I waited nearly 2 hours for a scheduled oil change, and then said a total of six words to me when I finally asked about my car. (Jackson? You can pay in there.) The second time an attendant ran into another vehicle with mine. I was just about done with Charles Maund. The only reason I have not left Charles Maund is because of one employee, who was the one who took care of my vehicle when it was run into by another employee. I always ask for Will because I feel like I am treated like a person and not just someone you are trying to sell something to. He is always helpful and courteous, and that is saying a lot during the on-site accident fiasco. More

Best Service Experience Ever I pulled up and right away the service guy was very friendly, professional, and prompt with making sure my tacoma got into service. He then showed me I pulled up and right away the service guy was very friendly, professional, and prompt with making sure my tacoma got into service. He then showed me the waiting area which was very comfortable. The choice of beverages and wifi were awesome. I do service at Mercedes and Lexus and they do it well but for my Tacoma pick up they just impressed me. I highly recommend and normally I dread going in for service but not at Charles Maund. More
