Be sure to ask for KP Kirkpatrick, Service Consultant. KP Kirkpatrick in the Service Department is one of the best Service Consultants I have had the pleasure to work with. He handled everything for me fro KP Kirkpatrick in the Service Department is one of the best Service Consultants I have had the pleasure to work with. He handled everything for me from the smallest details to the bigger issues regarding what needed to be done in getting my Prius back on the road. My platinum warranty (I had purchased at Charles Maund) was good advice (from Adam Barker who sold me my car and the warranty) because it paid for itself on this single repair!! KP even arranged my rental car saving me time and energy by doing so. KP called me twice over a period of 3 days keeping me informed on the progress of my car’s repair. He made all the arrangements in locking down the insurance adjuster’s day and time of arrival as well. When I picked up the car on the 3rd day (morning) it had been raining all night and into the morning. When I received my Prius I saw that they had gone to the trouble of washing the car. Even though it might begin raining again at any moment. But the rain had stopped and I drove away fully washed, a $0 payment for all the work they had completed, (around $2,400), rental care gone and I was on my way. I know this is quite a long letter, but I have purchased many, many cars over the past 49 years. And when a dealership goes that “extra mile” to prove they are the best, not by saying it, but to litterly prove by their service that indeed talk the talk, and walk the walk, people need to hear such experiences from the customers. KP Kirkpatrick, my service consultant is the best. No need to worry, he’ll take care of you. He also has a great attitude, and sense of humor that is always welcomed. Am I satisfied with Charles Maunds service? You bet I am! More
