I did not have a good experience. When purchasing my vehicle earlier this year, i was told that the spare key was on back order due to a chip shortage. When i tried to pick it up, it took 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I asked a service tech for my paperwork and keys to leave and was abruptly told “in a minute”. After another 15 minutes he finally provided my paperwork and keys so i could leave. Service department is very chaotic and impersonal in my experience. I will find another dealer for service More

My service guy was friendly and nice however - the one thing I asked him was to change my clock and he didn’t do that . Didn’t notice til I got home. My car was just there for the 10,000 mike checkup and clearly nothing wrong but I assumed he would take 2 min to review what had just taken an hour to do . The whole dealership feels like everyone has a quota and hurries you along . The service guy should not make you feel rushed . More
