My service guy was friendly and nice however - the one thing I asked him was to change my clock and he didn’t do that . Didn’t notice til I got home. My car was just there for the 10,000 mike checkup and clearly nothing wrong but I assumed he would take 2 min to review what had just taken an hour to do . The whole dealership feels like everyone has a quota and hurries you along . The service guy should not make you feel rushed . More

Usually the service apartment is fine. But when taking my vehicle for my 30K appointment, the staff was incredibly rude and took a long time.
