Car service was good took about an hour, customer service was definitely lacking. The first person who checked me in confirmed my appointment and showed me on her iPad. Then my advisor Rafael was trying to say I didn’t have one, but he would get me squared away. lol okay. Asked for a car wash, but it was broken. Asked for shuttle service, but it was unavailable. He wasn’t really apologetic, not that I needed one but he did say” Saturday’s are the worst days to come” so it’s my fault for coming in on a Saturday? I work during the week. I was understanding with the fact the I wouldn’t get a car wash or shuttle, but I don’t need to be treated like an annoyance. This was my second visit and probably my last, first time was way better. More

I had a 7 am appointment and got there early. I was warned that they were short staffed and my service might run late and to please be patient. I was pleasantly surprised that my service only took an hour and forty five minutes for a lube and tire rotation . The wait was not that bad as I had mentally prepared for it.
