Hey I've always thought Angel Rodriguez in your service area was great and he continues to be great. Mr Luckey is new but did good. Terrible and misleading management. A Stealership is a better term than dealership . They charge hidden fees. I was quoted just an oil change, and then when I got to the dealership, the A Stealership is a better term than dealership . They charge hidden fees. I was quoted just an oil change, and then when I got to the dealership, they charged me $280. $180 for an inspection fee that they didn't ever once tell me about. And then a $30 miscellaneous fee with no description. So the quote they gave for just the oil change didn't include $130 of hidden fees. I definitely don't want to buy a Toyota in the future because of how their service centers are. More
