No one was much help after I dropped off the vehicle yesterday and the original service person told me to talk to anyone in the service dept but took over 15 minutes for help. No update that my vehicle yesterday and the original service person told me to talk to anyone in the service dept but took over 15 minutes for help. No update that my vehicle was ready either I just took my best guess and went to the dealer. They should be have service personnel actually help other service people that are off for the day. Casey was very helpful and gave me the heads up which was great! Also took over 10 minutes to be approached at when already in the service area. More

I understood that in the first maintenance it would be a rotation of the tires and a check of the car's liquids, not even the windshield wiper fluid was refilled, nor was the tire pressure checked correctly rotation of the tires and a check of the car's liquids, not even the windshield wiper fluid was refilled, nor was the tire pressure checked correctly since now each tire marks a different number, the service did not last 30 minutes So I think they only rotated the tires and returned the car to me. More
