3rd time trying to get the factory dash camera to work. Told the 2nd visit that it needed an update to the software. 3rd visit was told that a technician would call me back within the hour of leaving. Constantin and the finance team went above and beyond to make sure I left the dealership with a vehicle. I was in desperate need of a vehicle and most dealerships were unwilling to help due to my low credit make sure I left the dealership with a vehicle. I was in desperate need of a vehicle and most dealerships were unwilling to help due to my low credit score and down payment. Constantin did not shy away from the challenge. He was positive and encouraged me to come in. He was adamant for the both of us and ultimately found a GREAT vehicle. The finance team spent hours crunching the numbers and getting the terms of the loan to a place that worked for me and the creditors. It took us nine hours, but I left with my first dealership car EVER. More
Salesman was excellent,we bought two cars my daughter and I it was late on a Monday night around 10 by the time we finished which is fine ,next morning I did notice a dent on the back driver side fender whic I it was late on a Monday night around 10 by the time we finished which is fine ,next morning I did notice a dent on the back driver side fender which I called them immediately which I was told to bring it in which we did and was told it would be repaired and bring it back in the weekend which we did , upon picking it up all that was done a clip was put in and nothing done on the dent , waited on manager to come out (Gary) for 10 minutes was told that’s it there’s not gonna be anything else done to it even after asking can we split the cost and again not even considering it. We bought two cars at once being treated this way by someone who’s suppose to be a manager is unacceptable for us and are considering taking the vehicle back for what he said would cost $600 that could not be absorbed by Toyota even after offering to split it, very unhappy to say the least and we will not purchase any other vehicles from your dealership because of this unprofessional act… More
The service department had a lot to be desired. We were there over 2 hours for an oil change and tire check. Jared Jones should have let us know that he had to get a replacement tire. When we questioned him . He was very rude. We were told our keys were lost. They were not lost,.Service also sells cars! Our car was not washed or vacuumed either. Our oil rage wasn’t done correctly.
