The bill was very unclear exactly what the charges were for. It felt very unprofessional and I highly doubt I will return for future service which is what I told the service guy. More
El vehículo me lo vendieron con el parachoques malo o el bómper de la parte delantera, en tres oportunidades he llevado el carro a que lo reparen, el gerente RICARDO PONCE me aseguró en la segunda ocasión q bómper de la parte delantera, en tres oportunidades he llevado el carro a que lo reparen, el gerente RICARDO PONCE me aseguró en la segunda ocasión que él mismo iba a cerciorarse de qué cambiaran o reemplazaran el bómper por uno nuevo Cosa que no ocurrió dejaron el mismo parachoques mal instalado con las grapas partidas y mal cuadrado ahora en esta ocasión que es la tercera vez que hago el reclamo dejaron el mismo parachoques mal pintado y con las grapas partidas es increíble que el nombre de tan prestigiosa marca esté manchada por semejantes personas que no tienen ni idea lo que es calidad de servicio y profesionalismo se burlan de las personas y te tratan como si te hubieran donado el carro, es increíble la falta de ética y responsabilidad. Horrible at service prioritization with technicians and time management of vehicles. Too many advisors, not enough technicians who are doing the actual work, which causes vehicles to be there for 5+ hours time management of vehicles. I brought my car in early at 11:30am, but they didn’t even start on it until 4pm and they close at 7pm. My car was there for 7.5 hours and they didn’t even do some of the things I requested in my reservation. A waste of time. I live 30 mins away so it’s not like I can bring my car in whenever I want. What’s the point of a reservation? They need to organize their operations because that’s ridiculous. More
