I had a bad experience this time . I guess dealership telephone system foul up. Unable to communicate with service department beginning 3 hours after I left my car with the service d I guess dealership telephone system foul up. Therefore I was unable to pick it up the next day,(24 hours after I left it for 60,000 mile maintenance!. Very inconvenient and aggravating.. When I called the service department, all I GOT was the recording.. Much of my confidence that had been gained by five years of business with the dealership was lost. More

My service rep, Ramin, was incredible. A much better visit than my first. Everything that needed to be done was well explained as well as the cost and an estimate of how long it would take A much better visit than my first. I waited and he checked on me multiple times to let me know the progress that was being made. I highly recommend Ramin and the dealership because of his great service. (I did not have this type of service the first time I took my car here so ask for Ramin.) More

Rico checked in as soon as I drove in, added th state inspection to my order. He told me it would take 1 1/2"hours to complete. The waiting room was comfortable and Rico called my name in exactly 1 1/2 inspection to my order. He told me it would take 1 1/2"hours to complete.
