The application process went quick and got approved right away and next thing we know I have me a brand new car that should’ve taken months, within a month. He made sure all my car needs and wants were met and he continued to follow up and make sure any questions I had were answered. It can’t get more simple and honest than with Alamo Joe! Arrived promptly for my appointment at 1. Checked in and let them know I would be waiting for my car to be serviced. As I was only getting a tire rotation, oil change, and alignment. At the 3 Checked in and let them know I would be waiting for my car to be serviced. As I was only getting a tire rotation, oil change, and alignment. At the 3 hour mark of waiting i was informed that they were still servicing my car and doing the multi point inspection and they had a “long list of recommendations.” At the 4 hour mark I inquired how much longer I would be waiting as I was stuck at the dealership. They informed me they did not know and that they were frustrated with the technician as well. At the 4.5 hour mark I was able to get a ride. I am then texted at the 5 hour mark to let me know they are done servicing my car. When I arrived back to the dealership 15 mins later, the person who was helping me had left for the day. I was not offered any discounts or even an apology for waiting 5 hours for basic services to be done on my car. I was not informed of what this long list of “recommended services” were after their multi point inspection. Overall I left feeling like I didn’t matter and didn’t even feel confident in the work that was done on my car. More
