I worked with Gilberto Jaimes on purchasing a Tundra online since I live by Fort Worth. I had a preapproval and he told me to fill out the credit app and he'd secure the vehicle. I filled it out but told him I only wanted it pulled once because I planned to buy a rental property in a few months. He confirmed receipt and said he'd have some figures shortly..then he stopped responding. shortly before they closed, he finally texted me saying it had sold. So, it was obvious to me that they pulled my credit, did not secure the vehicle, and sed it as a counteroffer to sell it while I just waited. These are the types of car salesman you hear about. I will never attempt to do business there again and you shouldn't either. There are plenty of honest folks out there. More
Great experience buying a new car, the second I’ve gotten from this location. Behzad helped me find the right vehicle and was patient with me while I debated. I got a good deal on the car. My only complaint is that the sales office area is not very tidy. There was a broken chair at the desk next to us and it just didn’t seem like anyone organized or cleaned it in a while. But that doesn’t change the fact that the experience I had was a positive one and I will definitely recommend this dealership! More

The salesman was slow to call me back when I was making inquiries and then never called as he promised. Once I bought the car the customer service went to zero, non-existent. When I actually get through to someone, the automated answering system kept me in a horrible loop, I left messages and never received a call back from the salesman. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I could not! I must make another trip to the dealership to be able to speak to management. Managers only see customers face to face…. No one can resolve my problem. I got home and found no driver side floor mat when I removed the paper mat and I still cannot get a second car key. Who sales a car without a backup key?!?! I bought a pickup at this dealership many years ago with the same bad customer service. My next car was purchased at Toyota of Round Rock (exceptional service). I thought I would try this dealership under a new name, since it’s much closer. I will never purchase any vehicle from Toyota of North Austin. They made me feel unimportant as a customer. They do no value customers and customer service is not important. More

I reiterated approval of repair and cost… I went home & was advised earlier than expected that the repair was completed, came to pay & claim my car.. tried car functions promptly and noted that the right front window was stuck… pointed this out to Arielle & she said to bring car back for repair and that I would get a $50 discount … I assumed that the windows were a part of the overall service & that the correction of the window functioning would be free. .. please advise… thank you for taking care of my car!
