Deborah Harma n was very kind and thorough and explaining what needed to be done to the car. The mechanic was quick and professional in his repair. I also appreciate his recommendations. I honestly have nothing good to say about this dealership. This by far is the most incompetent service department I’ve visited. Scheduled a first service and second key fob for 10:45 am. I was tol dealership. This by far is the most incompetent service department I’ve visited. Scheduled a first service and second key fob for 10:45 am. I was told two hours tops to get this done when I set the appointment which is why I chose that time. After not hearing from anyone almost 4 HOURS LATER, I call the first time for an update, wait ten minutes on hold, someone picks up and hangs up. I end up calling back and spending 40 minutes on the phone trying to reach anyone, any living person to give me an update. Nobody answered the phone. Finally, after four calls to a another number I get the advisor who tells me my truck just went to the back thirty minutes ago, thus meaning that a service scheduled at 10:45 was not heading to the back until four hours after the appointment. All I needed was a key fob programmed and first service, and somehow they couldn’t even manage to do that. When I stated I would pick up the truck with nothing done, I was told it would be pulled up. I arrived twenty minutes later and it wasn’t pulled up as promised. It finally was pulled up to the service drive, again with nothing completed, so I wasted my morning and half of the afternoon, cancelling plans with zero accomplished. Two Ubers later and a bunch of my time wasted, I took my truck home. They clearly do not value their customers time, and this sentiment was shared by two customers I spoke to while waiting for my truck to get pulled up. No follow up, not able to honor the appointment set, and nobody answering the phones. I have screenshots of the amount of time spent on hold trying to reach someone. On top of the terribly ran service department, when I dropped off the truck, I walked around the lot looking for a new Land Cruiser which I have a deposit on at another dealer, not seeing one, I went inside the store where there was a pack of sales guys standing by door and people in the finance boxes just chilling, i had to go out of my way to ask if they had a Land Cruiser in stock for sale, one guy points to a black one without saying anything so I walked over to it, walked around it for ten minutes, sat in it twice and wouldn’t you know it, not one person helped me not a single person. I’m on the waitlist for a GX550 and like I said I have a deposit at a different Toyota dealership to buy a Land Cruiser, and if somebody would’ve helped me, I would’ve just bought this one. I’ve heard this dealership struggles to provide any level of service and now I know why. My friends who own Toyotas all stated they went to and bought from Cedar Park because of how poorly they were treated at Toyota North Austin. I own multiple vehicles, from work truck to exotic, and have never had such poor service that I left without any work completed. I will absolutely be letting Toyota North America know of this experience, and anyone else who needs a car or a service on their Toyota, go to any other Toyota dealership. Plain and simple More
I was there for safety recall work. It was done professionally and quickly. They all found some safety issue that were not recall related and rectified the problem economically. They take a long time to do an oil change, when you try to talk to the dealer and communicate, no advisor answers the calls, and the arrival area of the cars is very dirty with garbage. to talk to the dealer and communicate, no advisor answers the calls, and the arrival area of the cars is very dirty with garbage. I worked with Gilberto Jaimes on purchasing a Tundra online since I live by Fort Worth. I had a preapproval and he told me to fill out the credit app and he'd secure the vehicle. I filled it out but tol online since I live by Fort Worth. I had a preapproval and he told me to fill out the credit app and he'd secure the vehicle. I filled it out but told him I only wanted it pulled once because I planned to buy a rental property in a few months. He confirmed receipt and said he'd have some figures shortly..then he stopped responding. shortly before they closed, he finally texted me saying it had sold. So, it was obvious to me that they pulled my credit, did not secure the vehicle, and sed it as a counteroffer to sell it while I just waited. These are the types of car salesman you hear about. I will never attempt to do business there again and you shouldn't either. There are plenty of honest folks out there. More
