From the minute I walked in (holding an email from Matthew McCreight who had answered me within 5 minutes the night before) I could tell this was a special place. I have never been in a car dealership that was so intent on providing superior customer service. I could try to explain in detail all the special things that Matthew did in order to get me my beautiful Corolla, but I'm not sure anyone would believe me, I just know that Matthew and the entire staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, aware of the process, and that I would walk out with a new car that was right for me. Matthew's attention was constant. Even though he's a manager, he was either by my side or checking in every five minutes. I told Matthew what I needed and he found me what I needed and more. I wasn't alone. I had my blind brother with me and unlike many other places, my brother was just another client -- but one that was treated as well as any other customer. That was special in and of itself. It takes class -- and you can't buy class. You either have it or you don't. I highly recommend Charles Maund Toyota, Matthew McCreight, and Santana Coronado for their professionalism. It was a wonderful experience and I will never forget it. More

The reason is that I took the car to the dealer and it turns out that the horn is as loud as it can be, or as the man that checked it said: “that is your Toyota horn.” As far as getting the horn to go off when one locks the car, it is not set to do that on this model (2015 Corolla LE). So the only thing I might be unhappy about is the fact that when the dealer received the license plates I was not contacted, other than that they pass with flying colors. More

Carolos Samudio (New Car Sales) from the initial point of contact did a great job. He was responsive to my inquiries and diligent in working hard to ensure I found the exact vehicle of my liking. I worked with Brendan (Finance) who I can not say enough good things about. He was professional, funny and played a crucial role in my decision to purchase a vehicle at Charles Maund Toyota. I am also impressed with the follow-up after the sales to date. Terrible, Awful experience. Go to Round Rock Toyota! We had a terrible, awful, horrible experience with Charles Maund. We were lied to about when our car would be delivered, lied to about when it actuall We had a terrible, awful, horrible experience with Charles Maund. We were lied to about when our car would be delivered, lied to about when it actually arrived, and felt generally taken advantage of in the delivery process. Fast forward to the day we were buying the car. Nearly EVERY SINGLE THING on our paperwork was wrong (name, address, email, down payment amount, financing options, etc), and our finance guy would change one thing, then forget to change the rest, change another thing, forget to change the rest, and on and on and on. What should have taken 20 minutes took over an hour and a half. THEN, about 7 days after we bought our car, I get a call from the same finance guy saying they never got the check from our bank, and to "expedite the process" for them. So I went up to our bank, and they were able to track the check and see that it was signed for FIVE DAYS EARLIER. The finance guy said "Oh, I never checked for it. I'll see if I can find it." Then why would he call me?!?! Finally, and most importantly, they ran our credit illegally. We repeatedly said we have our own credit, do not run our credit, and about 2 weeks later I get a letter in the mail saying Charles Maund requested my credit, along with my credit scores. When I told the manager all this, they said they'd buy me a tank of gas. I asked for credit monitoring for a year (after reading horror stories online...and after they said they had no idea who ran my credit), and they refused. Save your energy, time and money, and go to Round Rock Toyota. I recently took my car in to them to get something fixed, and they said they get 5-6 people A DAY who come in from Charles Maund because of a bad experience. More

One of the worse management in the world. Last time I was there for Toyota vehicle recall. I was there 15 minutes before the appointment time. They couldn't start the job on time and when I went to ask after 2 hours, they said, I have to wait 2 more hours before they look at my car. I had to come home without the service was done after wasting 2 hours there for nothing. After I made a complain with Toyota head office, They called me and made an another appointment for today at 2 pm. I was there on time, they said it will take 5 hours to do the job (which is supposed to be done within 1 hour according to the Toyota recall letter says on the letter). I have a worse experience with (Charles Maund Toyota 8400 Research Boulevard Austin, TX 78758) and I don't recommend anybody to go there for a service because these guys don't have a respect for customers time and they don't start the service on schedule time. More
