From the moment we arrived, Manny was attentive but not forceful, knowledgable, listened to our needs and led us directly to the car we would ultimately purchase. He was so pleasant and easy to work with, my son even wanted to make sure we did business with him! He nailed it. Worked with us! We went in and told the sales associate, Manuel, exactly what we wanted to spend. He was respectful of that, but there were no cars in our price range We went in and told the sales associate, Manuel, exactly what we wanted to spend. He was respectful of that, but there were no cars in our price range with the make and model we were looking for. Manuel knew we needed to find something that day, so him and his manager bent over backwards to locate what we needed. Manny worked with us in our first car buying experience, (we were completely ignorant, and it showed!) Eventually, we walked out with a beautiful car right on budget! Great experience. We weren't disappointed. More

I told Malia all I needed was very dependable car with a little bit better gas mileage than my old four cylinder truck. She got me a basic Corolla which fits the bill on both counts as well at a reasonable price of $18,000.00. She spent about two hours getting me a new car. All the while she was very pleasant and very energetic. A few years from now. when I decide on a new truck. Malia is going to be my saleswoman. I highly recommend her. More
