It is great to know that you can still do business the "old fashioned way"...even with texting and emails. The team simply did what they said they would do...doesn't seem like much until someone DOESNT do what they said they would! Seems I encounter that type of service more and more these days so it is a refreshing change of pace to see folks step up and just run a customer focused business. We picked our new Tacoma up on the last day of the month and it was crazy busy...Malia said they had sold almost 800 cars in one month!?!? Despite so many customers in the store, we still got the personal attention and service we wanted. Even the Owner, Mr. Dimeo, was out on the showroom greeting folks. Y Lee, the best salesman i have dealt with ! I love Toyota car and truck. I bought 1 Camry, 1 Tacoma at Charles Maund Toyota before. Last time, i came back to look for a small car for my son. I've been a bargain hunter, and Y Lee helped me to find a Corolla with incredible price. My son loves this car so much, a Corolla with beautiful color, alloy wheel, back up camera .... I used to drive Honda, Nissan ... but nothing can compare with Toyota. Strongly recommend Charles Maund Toyota and Y Lee, a Korean salesman. Made the car buying process a breeze When I sent out an initial inquiry through TrueCar.com for the pricing on a new Rav4, Malia Bingham from Charles Maund Toyota was the first to respond When I sent out an initial inquiry through TrueCar.com for the pricing on a new Rav4, Malia Bingham from Charles Maund Toyota was the first to respond with my desired price range. I set up an appointment to meet with her and discuss what they had in stock, and she basically handled everything else from there with incredible thoroughness and ease. As a 30-something female who has very little experience "haggling" at dealerships (and actually has major anxiety over it,) Malia made me feel extremely comfortable from the start. She communicated thoroughly and honestly from the beginning (emails, phone calls, and anything else I needed,) and was insistent on getting me exactly the car I was looking for and for the best possible value. The dealership also made me an outstanding offer for my trade-in, which I was honestly shocked by. I had full intention of selling my old car independently, but when the dealership offered me above the Kelley Blue Book value for my car I willingly took them up on it. Once my new car arrived and it was time to actually make the purchase, (my car arrived a few days later because Malia helped special-order one of the vehicles on an incoming shipment so that I could customize the features that I wanted. Awesome!) I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half. And that time included the thorough demonstration of the features in my car, introducing me to the service department and getting me set up there, and making sure that I had absolutely everything that I needed. The "business office" part of it was super efficient and un-intimidating as well, for which I am very grateful. More
