No Pressure & The Salesperon LISTENED I browsed through the inventory online and looked at many options available for a renowned car. I was contacted by Bryan Garcia initially. We had a I browsed through the inventory online and looked at many options available for a renowned car. I was contacted by Bryan Garcia initially. We had a nice chat and I made an appointment for Saturday, April 2. I was a little late due to traffic but I was welcomed and asked if I needed anything to eat or drink. Very shortly a gentleman named Ron Timer came over and we proceeded to his office. He noticed I had mobility issues so he asked me to follow him in my car while he walked. Ron is very cordial and accommodating and we discussed my options. He fixed me some coffee (which was surprisingly delicious) and we went on a test drive. He could see I was visibly upset by the fact that I'd have to surrender my dream car due to an accident but he was very kind. I settled on a car. I met the Sales Manager and the Financing was started. I then met with the Finance Manager, Daniel who was equally kind. Ron Timer made sure all my personal contents were removed from my car and even followed me home to get the title on my dream car so I wouldn't have to return to the dealership on Sunday. Ron is a complete Southern Gentleman. He never made me feel as though I was talking with a Salesman. He made me feel as though I were talking to a friend. He said he'd keep in touch and he is a man of his word. We've tested back & forth a few times. Ron Timer is a jewel and Charles Maund Toyota is fortunate to have him in their employ. More
Poor experience Spent hours there . Left with new car but very unhappy. I felt very disappointed that they had me there from 9am till 5pm and I left with a new car t Spent hours there . I felt very disappointed that they had me there from 9am till 5pm and I left with a new car that had 3/4 tank of gas and that the operation of most of the features had not been explained. I will not go back to that dealership again. More

I met with Malia Binghamand and could not have been more pleased; she was great. She was efficient and knowledgeable. She got me a great deal and she also took the time to review the car with me after the deal was done. This is a great dealership and Malia was great to work with. We love our new Sienna and our extremely happy with our experience and our new vehicle. More
Mean Finance Manager This had. nothing to do with my salesman because he was great, but the finance manager was one of the worse I ever dealt with. Before we finalized the deal , the" finance manager" told us that we will be getting a survey to rate his services so we HAD to give him all 10 in the rating because he will not ACEPPT anything less then 10. Then after his attemp to sell the warranties , we declined it. So, my mother handed him $4000 in cash for the down payment. Now keep in mind I did ask if they accepted cash and they said yes. Mr. Santana had this( not so thrill) look on his face while holding the cash. He said that he Did Not want to count the money because it was not in $100 bills, therefore we need to give him a check . At this time I'm getting annoyed, but I was already late to work so I just gave him a check and that was that. What I should have done was walked out and went straight to GM . I didn't realize paying in cash had to be in a more convenient form for the sales manager to even want to accept it. It's wasn't like my mom handed him $ 1 dollar bills and sacks of coins. More

We have gone in to the same dealership two months ago but were not able to make a deal with two other sales reps. Y. Lee introduced himself as we were leaving and has diligently stayed in touch with us. When we showed up out of the blue without an appointment this time, he was quick to attend to us. He understood our needs and made it possible for us to go home happily in our new car within just a few hours. More
