I did this and then went over some figures with Malia. After this I went home to lay these out to my wife. Being the shrewd individual she is, and doing some further research we came up with a number that we could afford. Calling Malia back we went over our offer with her, and she said she would speak with appropriate persons. Later she called to tell us that our offer had been accepted which we were a bit surprised with. Over all working with Malia and Bill made the purchase a good one especially as the final numbers were better than we had offered by a good deal. This was icing on the cake, and both Malia and Bill were a pleasure to work with. This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from Charles Mound, and we would highly recommend this dealership. More

In January Steve Soskins helped my wife and me find a great 2013 Corolla, after we thought all 2013 Corollas were gone. My first experience with Charles Maund last year was bad. This second experience was completely the opposite. We went in to look at some Camrys but ended up getting a 2010 Rav4 and I was really pleased wit This second experience was completely the opposite. He was honest and up front about everything and was also really patient. I could have given the rating perfect score but unfortunately there's 'a but' involved in the whole experience. So here's the break down. First of all, I went into dealer per recommendation of a good friend of friend so I gained some trust of him. So I test drove the Prius along with a best buddy and salesman for more knowledge of the car. Salesman very knowledgable and gentle in the whole test drive thingy until pricing $ conversation then a little of 'xx' plus salesman lingo came in the works. I have no worry about that at all and of course guided by experienced buddy therefore it all smooth. Until then, the most ultimate interesting part was closing a deal in which a practice that I've never seen before that I felt like being kick in the gonads and flip to the next page so I have to leave the dealer that night. Finally, the next day I came to a conclusion to just let the tornado passed and bargain the numbers like a hungry zombie going ga-ga dancing!! But ultimately I finally satisfied with the numbers and closed deal same day but still I don't blame salesman because he's doing his job except his bosses of bosses!! Anyway, it's cool to see people treating alike people. Cheers! More

I could feel the difference from my first communication with Stephen Prince, my internet contact; I started seeing the transformation of dream into reality from his pro-activeness and the reflections of dealer philosophies even before I stepped into their dealership. To be honest, Charles I have been impressed with your staff’s approach and, from what I have gained to date. As an active member of several Toyota forums, I have in fact taken the liberty already to forward and highly recommend your dealership forum members. Though words may not be a match, I just wanted to try to let you know how happy I am with the service provided by your office staffs, and with Mr. Stephen Prince in particular, in handling my needs from beginning till end.
