Arthur Barlow actually sold us the exact car for way lower Outstanding service!!! Went in to buy a used 4 wheel Drive to drive to Panama. Arthur Barlowe showed us a used 4x4 with camper. Told him we will take it but man wish I could find a used good condition Land Cruiser. Mr Barlowe turns and takes us and shows us a used Land Cruiser. Now not only could Mr Barlowe just sold us the truck (we agreed to purchase). Nope he sold us the Land Cruiser that was 6 or 7k cheaper. I know he took a cut in commission selling us a cheaper vehicle. Meant a lot to my wife and I, first time going to buy a car and was sold the exact vehicle we wanted at a much cheaper price. Highly recommend Arthur Barlowe After extensive research, my husband declared that a used Toyota, either a Land Cruiser, Tacoma or Tundra, was the car to take on our Central American After extensive research, my husband declared that a used Toyota, either a Land Cruiser, Tacoma or Tundra, was the car to take on our Central American adventure. We knew we didn't want a new or pretty one as we didn't want to draw attention to ourselves on our road trip. Reliability and space at a low cost were our top requirements. Initially, Mr. Barlowe showed us a 2008 Toyota Tacoma with a camper. It would have done the job, but my husband had his heart set on the Land Cruiser. When he uttered those words, Mr. Barlowe declared that had a Land Cruiser in the back that was just what we were looking for. And, yes, he was correct! It's the perfect vehicle, but that's not the most remarkable thing about our transaction. You see, Mr. Barlowe could have made a larger commission from selling us the Tacoma as it was about $5000 more than the Land Cruiser. Instead, Mr. Barlowe put our needs first and sold us the vehicle that was the right fit for US. He's the definition of great customer service--putting the customer's needs first with a caring attitude. Thank you again, Mr. Barlowe and Charles Maund Toyota More

He lied and told us the car we were interested in had already been sold, despite that my father had just come in and seen the car the day before and told them to hold it for me. Well, I had a feeling that was possible but I really wasn't believing it because he was trying to push us into a newer, more expensive car. I told him to check and make sure it hadn't been sold Because I didn't want to look at anything else. I knew my price range and I wasn't budging. Well he still refused, making up all kinds of excuses why we should get a newer car. I told him never mind and I drove off to two other dealerships. Well, if PRINCZ hadn't have called me, I probably wouldn't have gotten the best deal ever. He got me into the car I wanted for 600 less than what it was priced at, threw in a FREE warranty, FREE roadside assistance for a year, FREE tire service/maintenance, and a FREE $200 dollar has card and FREE additional gas and detailing until we receive our plates in the mail! He was absolutely amazing, got us an amazing rate and worked with us in every way possible. He's funny and has a great personality and was genuine and honest about everything. 1 week wait when part was available in Dallas I took my car to Charles Maund Toyota only because my car broke down nearby. I had a bad buying experience there before and didn't really want to go there again but it was easier to get my Prius C towed there. Long story short, the part required to fix my car took 1 week to arrive at Charles Maund Toyota. I called dealers around the area and found that the part was available for 1 day delivery from a Dallas Toyota dealer and 50% cheaper than at Charles Maund Toyota! Dallas dealer part cost $70, Charles Maund Toyota charged me $140 for the same part and it took 1 week to get it! I had to pay for a rental car for 1 week to go to work, when they could've fixed my car in two maybe three days tops! All updates to my service at Charles Maund Toyota were initiated by me. They would never call me with updates. Never again! My first bad experience with Charles Maund Toyota was when I tried to buy my brand new Prius C back in 2012. They gave me the used car salesman routine with a rude salesman from India and his manager another gentleman from India. I ended buying my brand new Prius C from another Toyota dealer further away but with excellent customer service. Never again will I set foot at Charles Maund Toyota. Tried it twice and both times we were very disappointed. If you want to go back in time and experience bad service from the 70's this is the place to go to. More
Big Local Name With No Sign Of Toyota Values I'm just happy for what I bought as a 2016 Toyota Camry LE based of what I know about Toyota. Other than that I found the direct dealer in charge with helping me as a nice lady who values her job (Malia Bingham). The rest and as a customer I found an unorganized dealership specially whenever you are getting closer to the people with more responsibilities and bigger title. This dealership is not even good at maintenance department as I had several times bad experience with them on my previous car (Toyota Corolla). This is the only Toyota dealership that I left them with my brand new purchased car totally unsatisfied and close to my final level of being humble and patient. The car that they gave me at the end was another brand new car which was purchased by someone else but similar to the one that I was supposed to buy and in a hour they called me for car replacement in the parking area of my apartment complex and finally the car that was assigned to me was given to me with empty gas and unwashed and just one set of car keys (out of two) that didn't even have the factory manuals inside. This was a small example of the last one hour after officially purchasing the car, just imagine what other stuff that I was witness in more than half a day spending my time in the dealership. Unbelievably terrible. A few days later when I was eager to speak with a manager about some problems and finally after several time call and waiting on hold for quite a long time period over the phone, one person who introduced himself as a manager accepted to meet me that day! Less than an hour I was there but no one showed up even after several times paging and almost after an hour I decide to leave. And this is what they advertise about all the time that “If you shop us, you are safe”. More

Princz answered the phone and was very friendly. When I pulled up he was there waiting and shook my hand. We walked in and went over the process. He was very attentive to my needs and made the whole thing easier. it was stressful for me buying a new car but Princz Brown, the finance manager, and a couple of guys in the front office made it happen. They helped me feel at ease explaining everything to me and they all went above and beyond! More

It's a huge dealership with lots of staff and customer traffic. The selection of 2016 Corollas was excellent--there were around 60 and the sales consultant Sony Bala found at least one whose colors and trim level matched what I wanted. He offered a better price than another local Toyota dealership and a Houston dealership so I ended up buying a car here. He was a friendly, patient, and organized sales consultant who orchestrated the sale smoothly and quickly. I would recommend Charles Maund Toyota to others. More
