Sometimes they can be busy and can take a few hours, which is no problem, but I’ve learned from the past to have other arrangements. So I Uber’d home after dropping off my car and was called within 40 m which is no problem, but I’ve learned from the past to have other arrangements. I'd say at this point you're wasting my time by asking for more. The place is a little chaotic and many of the employees do 't seem that engaged.
