6 month checkup I was promptly met in the driveway. I was directed to a waiting room. I had control of the TV remote and saw the program I wanted. When it was over I was promptly met in the driveway. 15,000 mile checkup I was met in the driveway by Jerry Hernandez, who helped me the first time I came in and was awesome! He made sure I got my oil change and tires rotat I was met in the driveway by Jerry Hernandez, who helped me the first time I came in and was awesome! He made sure I got my oil change and tires rotated and updated my service contract to 36 months. I had to wait less than 1 hour and he took me to the checkout counter and then walked me to my truck when I was finished. I really appreciated the personal touch! Thank you Jerry! More
