Exemplary service! I brought my Tacoma in for routine 15,000 mile service and state safety check. The estimated time to complete service was 1 1/2 hours. My husband and I took a walk around the neighborhood for 45 minutes and when we returned our vehicle was ready. Our service representative, Kevin, was courteous and friendly. More

Has an issue and they eliminated it almost instantly! I bought a 2015 certified pre-owned Corolla from them and it's a nice vehicle but after the sale I had a disagreement- lets say a terms issue. I sent an email to the pre owned sales director Jonas Martinez and he solved it instantly. Not even a hour after the email was sent he was personally calling and wanted to resolve any issue- and he did. I went from I will never deal with this dealer again to "WOW I had these guys wrong". (Anyone can make a wrong judgment and not have the correct perception when they're upset) . So if you ever have an issue -which they are few and far between but when you do, don't complain just bring it to their attention and they will work with you. You can't go into a high volume sales environment complaining . The sales and management staff are in high stress gears selling cars. Just know what your issues is and provide it to them in detail. I sent my concern in by email. The sales staff was great -Patrick was the first guy we dealt with and even though there are high pressure salesman on their lot, Patrick was not one of them. He allow me and my wife to window shop cars and come back a week later. He had us helped by another sales guy named Will who is also a good guy to deal with- But you need to tell him exactly what you are looking for and he'll make it work for you. You're safe buying a vehicle from Charles Maund Toyota new or used. The director Jonas Martinez is very professional and approachable -This guy could literally run a big Vegas . He goes well above and beyond the call of duty to help the customer. Charles Maund Corporate better watch out. Guys like Jonas Martinez are hard to find and there are lots of companies that would pay to have this guy working for them. The Charles Maund experience was a nice surprise and they make you feel like part of the team and want you to come back. I think I will for sure. James Hurlbut More
