He spoke clearly and transparently about the financing process, repeating any detail that I missed without frustration. Sony was so personable and helped me until the very end of the car buying process by helping me transfer my belongings from my trade-in into my brand new RAV4. The dealership was closing but Sony was in no rush. He made sure he went over all the Bluetooth capabilities and steering wheel features. I usually have buyers remorse after purchasing a car due to them depreciating as soon as you sign the dotted line. That wasn't the case this time. I really am pleased and at peace about my decision. Steven Benthall at Charles Maund Toyota rocks!!! I had already done some research on cars and needed to go out for test drives of my top 3 choices. First reason I picked Charles Maund was because th I had already done some research on cars and needed to go out for test drives of my top 3 choices. First reason I picked Charles Maund was because they had the largest on-lot inventory of cars I wanted to see (I am a person who needs to see the actual car in the exterior/interior colors & features...I can't just decide by pictures). And I happened to do this test driving on one of the rainiest days this year. Steven Benthall courteously listened to my needs and diligently hunted in the rain and trudged continually thru puddles and mud to bring up SO MANY cars for me to see! He patiently waited, holding umbrellas, for me to inspect, take pics, climb in and out of cars and do test drives in the rain. He discussed lots of technical specs & features on the cars. I did not get this kind of dedicated service at the other 2 dealerships I went to that rainy day. When I finished all that, I told him I'd need to bring my husband in on another day. I really appreciated that Steven did not try to pressure me to make a decision or do any deal negotiating that day. He graciously set us an appointment on the day I needed, he texted me that morning to ask which cars I wanted him to pull up and have ready, and he was indeed ready with everything when we got there. Even after all that, we asked him search the Toyota database for any other cars configured in the colors and features we wanted so we could feel sure of our final choice. We decided on a car he had on the lot and we negotiated a very good deal with him for it that beat all other dealer-negotiated prices we had received. We bought it & drove it home that day. He has already given me a lot of follow-up information (PDF of manual, web links to how-to videos and info for the car, phone apps for the car, etc...) It was a real pleasure working with Steven!!! His service was phenomenal in all areas of his job! Regarding the Charles Maund website: it was THE most helpful website compared to all other Toyota dealers. It offered the most detailed information on cars and their real-time availability and was instrumental to me in doing my research. More

Several of those purchases were from Charles Maund until a poor experience just over a year ago. I continued to use their stellar Service Department for all my Toyotas but the last 2 were not purchased from Charles Maund. I gave them another shot this weekend and Chris (Barton) Reed made it worth my while. I got a nice deal but more importantly, he provided full information and didn't say one thing that he later had to rescind or amend. He stood by everything he quoted and delivered a very fine 2016 Toyota Tundra CrewMax. I have another Toyota to replace in the next 6 to 9 months and I will definitely be going back to Charles Maund. More
