Exceptional sales experience at Charles Maund Toyota After much research and 2 initial visits to Charles Maund to test drive hybrids, I narrowed my car search down to the 2017 Toyota Prius trim level 4 f After much research and 2 initial visits to Charles Maund to test drive hybrids, I narrowed my car search down to the 2017 Toyota Prius trim level 4 for its comfortable drive, its amazing mpg and and its stellar safety features. We made a 3rd appointment at Charles Maund to buy, and we were lucky to get to work with Ramiro Ferriol, a bilingual sales person. He was the most knowledgable sales person we've ever worked with. He knew how to work all the special features on the car, and he made sure to explain them to us and gave us the opportunity to test out as many as possible on the test drive. When it came time to negotiate the price, he worked with us to get the price down to what we were willing to pay. We'll definitely go back to Charles Maund Toyota and ask for Ramiro Ferriol the next time we need to buy a car. More

Excellent customer servide Elmer was so great. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot, took time to explain all the features, warranty coverage, and worked hard to get Elmer was so great. Great experience until closing Kory Dapree is the worst person you can deal with while closing in the used car department. He is unprofessional and does not communicate well. Everything felt rushed and he pushed me to buy things I did not want. My experience was very pleasant until I dealt with Kory. I had to come in three times to get the papers I needed. In your face he acts as if he's your best friend but the guy is a tool. If he wasn't there, this would be a better place. More

I got off to a rocky First of all, "truly exceptional" is really hard to be, but if "truly exceptional" and unacceptable are the only choices, well.. I got off to a rocky start with Charles Maund. I felt pressured into buying my car by a sleazy used car salesman (Neal Slocum) and then was basically abandoned by CM...they didn't even call me to tell me my license plates were in. The first time I went to CM service, the attendant forgot about me and I waited nearly 2 hours for a scheduled oil change, and then said a total of six words to me when I finally asked about my car. (Jackson? You can pay in there.) The second time an attendant ran into another vehicle with mine. I was just about done with Charles Maund. The only reason I have not left Charles Maund is because of one employee, who was the one who took care of my vehicle when it was run into by another employee. I always ask for Will because I feel like I am treated like a person and not just someone you are trying to sell something to. He is always helpful and courteous, and that is saying a lot during the on-site accident fiasco. More
