Thank goodness for Princz Benjamin Brown, he is amazing It became necessary to purchase a new used car. I choose Charles Maund Toyota for their reputation. Upon arriving at the used sales dealership, we w It became necessary to purchase a new used car. I choose Charles Maund Toyota for their reputation. Upon arriving at the used sales dealership, we were met by the most charming young man by the name of Princz Benjamin Brown. He helped up through a very long and tiring ordeal, the whole time encouraging us, working with and for us and his professionalism is on the mark, yet the entire time we were becoming more and more relaxed and subject to his wit and charms. Things turned very uncomfortable when another sales person took the deal away from Princz. To our dismay we were thrust into a 2015 Corolla LE without being allowed to test drive the vehicle. The entire process had us held captive for five hours. Upon driving the vehicle home, it was quite noticeable the vehicle had been involved in a wreck. We contacted Princz and he was able to put us in a newer vehicle, a 2016 Corolla S with all the trimmings and to top it off the upgrades were substantial and the vehicle has almost 20,000 less miles then the 2015. If this young man is not recognized for his superior attitude and salesmanship, then some is missing the mark. I would recommend Princz to anyone looking for a good deal and being treated like royalty during the process. Unfortunately the newer 2016 has also been in a wreck. While driving the vehicle home, I hit a pot hole and the left front bumper pot loose. Our local mechanic confirmed the 2016 also had been wrecked and the clips holding the bumper on were not very good quality. I have been trying to reach the body shop for the entire day and no one is picking up, I placed a call to Princz and have every confidence he will get this taken care of for me. Please, take a moment to meet this young man and watch him and his great ability to put at ease and help them make their dreams come true. More
