Very unsatisfied with the service. I came in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation nd asked the service advisor to include a car wash and tire inflation. The wait wasn't long, but when I picked up my vehicle, it hadn't been washed as I requested. The marker writing on the windshield was still there, the parking permit was still hanging on the mirror, and the paper floor mat and plastic seat cover were left inside. Yall didn’t remove the trash y’all left in my car. When I paid, I noticed the receipt stated that I had declined a recall service. I spoke to Deborah and asked why I wasn't informed about the recall when I signed off on the work to be done. She checked the VIN and said the recall had already been completed but wasn't updated in their system. When I asked what work had been done and what "ECU" meant, she simply said it referred to the car's computer, and it was clear she didn’t know much else. More
I bought a 2024 Tacoma and I believe I got a fair deal but was handed the fobs and the salesman said enjoy...No explanation on how to work multimedia system or how to know if it had remote start or what. but was handed the fobs and the salesman said enjoy...No explanation on how to work multimedia system or how to know if it had remote start or what. Seems like he just wanted the sale and when he got it, it was like see ya later...No stars for that salesman. More
