The other salesman named Marvin was great, but he had no idea Adam lied over the phone about the price and the finance deal he can give us! Wasted a Friday evening and missed work for couple of hours as well. Don't go to this dealer! They love to lie! More

Kevin Coyne looked into matter and determined that the necessary part needed to be ordered and installed at a later date in time. He patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. In the meantime the recall service was promptly performed. I don't spend much time with the service department as the Highlander has run flawlessly since I purchased it seven years ago. But on the rare occasion that I do need service I have always observed a can do attitude and usually above my expectations. More
