I live in Austin and was putting off taking into service to have some minor issues fixed until my first oil change. I worked with Rob Foley and he took excellent care of me. It seems you have to pay not just money for your new car but also time, frustration, and dealing with a sales staff that you wouldn't trust as far as you can throw them. My latest experience though was all of the excitement and none of the hassle. From the moment I walked in the door at Charles Maund Toyota I felt a relaxing atmosphere. I was met with calm politeness. My wife and I were able to test drive a car we were looking at and Sony Bala dealt with us with grace and patience. Even though we did not buy on our first visit we were not given any type of high pressure sales. After selecting our vehicle and needing to special order it Sony and the staff walked us through the process and made us feel like we were VIP. I would highly recommend not only Charles Maund but also Sony to help you find your next car! More
