Horrible experience was looking out for a Toyota Corolla and went to inquire in the showroom. One Mr.Syed Smith was the sales person. He initially showed me the models a was looking out for a Toyota Corolla and went to inquire in the showroom. One Mr.Syed Smith was the sales person. He initially showed me the models and he was insisting me to buy a 2017 model just because they want to sell it. Later i inquired about finance. This person assured that there wont be a hard inquiry and took my details. There was indeed a hard inquiry on my credit history. Please be clear of what you are saying before you say it. The sales person started passing racist comments about being a desi. He did not like my friend advising me about the car. He passed blatant comments on me bringing a friend. I have never had such a horrible experience in any other showroom. If you guys want a good reputation of the showroom, please fire such salesmen. More
