I did not want to go to Toyota of Cedar Park where I bought the vehicle. They are horrible about contacting when your car is ready. From sales to service I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! That said., this was my first time to Toyota of North Austin. I took it on for an oil change and recall issue. The line was long, but it moved fast. Lady came asked me few questions and moved on. Kinda strange. The next guy came up and asked me all the questions about my Rav4 and the issues it was there for today. Didn't take long. I waited about 15 minutes and the shuttle took me home. First strike, they won't come pick you up. They will take you home but not get you, Cedar Park Toyota would do it and they are way north from town. I get dropped off and a few hours later they call that's ready. I have to Ubet to the dealer! Now comes the fun part, everyone is running around like chickens with their heads cut off because it's lunch time. I could not get any help from ANYONE! The first door I walked in and had to ask someone for help, instead of the other way around. I had to interrupt the guys talking to each other to get help. All they do is say, " see that door over there. Go in there and go left, really. I go across the area to other side walk in and no one is even in there. Finally someone walked in and I told him what I needed and he said he was busy and walked right out. By this time I am really frustrated. Why can't I just get my vehicle 😫. Finally, someone came in and asked if I had been helped. I told my whole run around and he walks over yo a desk, opens it up asks my name and then finds my invoice, hands it to me tells me just take it to the cashier and you are done. WOW! What an ordeal for an oil change and recall. Man if all Toyota America dealers are like these two, they are in bad shape. They don't care about the customer. More
Eric was my salesperson and throughout the process is was so great. My situation was tricky but he and Mr Heet from finance took such good care of me. I was able to purchase the best minivan for my needs. I was treated so well and they were both kind and professional which seems too often to be in short supply. This was on their preowned side however I can well imagine that the new car side is just as kind, informative and professional as what I experienced. I would highly recommend this dealership. They go well above and beyond any of their competitors. They never pressured me. They don’t have to use pressure tactics because they are that good and well respected that clients come to them and wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere. I’m one of those clients. More
