I've been taking my 2021 Land Cruiser here for four years for service. They are efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable. The waiting area is clean. Bathrooms are clean and coffee is free. Just used the body shop as unfortunately we had a lady hit us in rear st stop light causing 6200 damage. Body shop was fantastic. Work is very good. Only had 7000 miles on car so I was sick but they did a great job. Highly recommend this dealership! William is superb in body shop and general sales mgr but extremely kind and help. When you go in for service they great u with smile, paper car mat and oil iPad to check you in. Overall this Toyota dealer is bating A+ More

Becca of Toyota of New Bern Collision Center was exceptional! I had occasion to speak with her several times during the repair of our vehicle. She was always cheerful, attentive and responded thor exceptional! I had occasion to speak with her several times during the repair of our vehicle. She was always cheerful, attentive and responded thoroughly to any questions/concerns we had. Shortly after our repaired vehicle was returned to us by the towing company with which we had made arrangements, we found that the vehicle would not start. We needed a new battery. We contacted Becca on a Friday, just at quiting time. She went above and beyond to address our dilemma. She arranged for one of the employees at the Collision Center (Daniel Eason) to come to our house (1/2 hour away) and install a new battery. Daniel was wonderful and Becca was extraordinary in making the arrangements, especially so late in the day on a Friday! Their kindness and professionalism meant the world to us.
