We just had an exceptional experience at Toyota of Naperville, thanks to Chris Davis. We were looking to buy a new Toyota Prius, with a trade-in. At the time, we had only visited Lombard Toyota and Naperville, thanks to Chris Davis. We were looking to buy a new Toyota Prius, with a trade-in. At the time, we had only visited Lombard Toyota and it seemed to be a complete nightmare working with them (they kept us at their dealership for a full day playing hardball and we got the strong impression that they weren't being very fair and honest with us). When we visited Toyota of Naperville, Chris Davis took care of us as best he could, and on our terms. He understood our needs, and was very fair, friendly, and honest with us. In the end, he helped us get the right car and at the price we thought was fair (the price we hoped to get). Not only was Chris very friendly and honest, but it seemed to reverberate throughout the entire floor of the entire dealership. Everybody we worked with from start to finish had a great attitude and were upfront with us. To the point, this is one dealership, and salesperson we know we can trust going forward. Even post-purchase, Chris has been very kind in following up with us to make sure we have been fully satisfied. We highly recommend working with Chris! More

After this winter's first snowfall, we realized that our rear wheel drive car was just not going to cut it this winter. So we dusted off our research and quickly agreed upon the Toyota Sequoia. We already had been quoted a price when we walked in. Abid Khan was our sales person and he was fantastic. He was totally professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in helping us understand our car. He took the time to review all the features of the car with my husband the night we got the car and offered to do the same for me the next day when I could come back on my own without the kids. He was very thorough and did not make me feel rushed - even though he had already sold the car and dealing with me kept him off the floor! He followed up with us a few times over the following weeks to make sure we did not have any questions and to be sure we were happy with the car and our experience at Toyota. I had an outstanding buying experience at Dan Wolf Toyota Of Naperville. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for in stock. I had looked at other dealers and was unable to find the Camry I was looking for, Toyota of Naperville had over a 150 Camry's available for me to choose from so the selection was far superior to any other dealer. I was very impressed by the professional sales presentation, explaining all the features of the vehicle. Tod took me on a test drive on their exclusive test track. The test track was a great experience, with a wide variety of road conditions including a skid pad, hill climb and high speed oval track. Tod quickly had my trade-in appraised and to my surprise they offered my much more than other dealers including CarMax. I went into the finance office and went over my payment options. Overall an outstanding experience. I definitely will purchase my next vehicle from Dan Wolf Toyota Of Naperville. More
Sue called me because I was recently in their service department and they wanted to see if I wanted to sell my car or trade it in. I have a 1994 Camry with lots of miles on it. I really wasn't thinking about a new car but when Sue called me she was very nice & informative. She sold me on coming in and having her manager just look at the vehicle. I was skeptical because I preferred dealing with Sue then some Sales Man. Sue had nothing but good things to say about all her managers there and said she would introduce them to me if I preferred, which I did. I ended up going in and I thought everyone was so nice. I spoke to, two managers, Omar & Manny. I got my appraisal and saw a newer Camry I am considering it! Hope to come back there as soon as my son gets back from Florida. I want to Thank everyone there but especially Sue Cassa. More

I went to the dealer to look at the scion tc and to test-drive. I received the normal service with the normal dealership lingo. We went for a test drive and the salesman tried sighing the first 2 minut test-drive. I received the normal service with the normal dealership lingo. The manager came out for a meet and great and told me he would give me the most competitive price. After going back and forth we agreed on a price. They told me they would give me what I owed on my trade which was 24k and I was approved for 1.9 for the new one. He made me sign an agreement along with his signature. I came back the next morning as planned with insurance for th new car and my trade cleaned and ready for sale. When I was presented with the paperwork to sign he told me to sign but I wanted to look it over first. My payment jumped up more then 100 bucks and my rate went from 1.9 to 8.6. We went back and fourth again and waited around for three hours. Salemen were talking about me right behind me not knowing I could hear them. I ended up leaving and buying elsewhere. Worst part is the same thing just happened to my friend at the same dealer except he signed the paper work for .0 apr and took the car home. After one week they made him bring the car back because they couldn't get the .0 apr. They told him they best they could do was 5.9. He had already sold his car 2 days after he bought the new one. Now he is the left with no car! This is the most unprofessional dealership filled with crooks. I am beyond angry with this dealership. Gives Toyota a horrible name. More
