Prius Family Have purchased 10 or 12 cars in the past 10 years (wife and 4 kids all driving). Currently have 2 Prius V's, 2 regular Priuses, and have recently had Have purchased 10 or 12 cars in the past 10 years (wife and 4 kids all driving). Currently have 2 Prius V's, 2 regular Priuses, and have recently had an Avalon, 2 Siennas, another Prius and a Corolla. This week I bought a Prius V, and as usual, they gave me a great deal on both my trade and the purchase. No pressure, easy to deal with, took care of issues immediately. The car wasn't ready at time of purchase, and they put me in a courtesy car overnight, thanks to Push Singh. I buy all my cars with Mike Beck. He is the best. Returns calls immediately, checks in with me after the purchase to make sure I am satisfied. Calls occasionally to see how I'm doing and if in the market for another car. Cars are ready when I get there, and I have driven quite a few cars that I didn't purchase. Knowledgeable about vehicles and goes out of his way to make sure I am satisfied. Dealership - When he's there at the time of my purchase, the General Manager, Pat O'Brien, comes to find me and thank me for the business. They make me feel like they roll out the red carpet for me, even though I usually buy pre-owned cars. They will continue to get all my business. Gary Jaros made sure I was comfortable with my extended service warranty, and truly understood the terms he was offering. Completely satisfied! More
