Very Helpful Team My wife and I had an excellent experience with Larry and Chris when we recently purchased a new Toyota Highlander. On our first visit we only wanted My wife and I had an excellent experience with Larry and Chris when we recently purchased a new Toyota Highlander. On our first visit we only wanted to sit in the car to make sure we would fit comfortably. Larry was very helpful, provided us with useful information, but did not pressure us at all to make a decision on the spot. When we returned about a week later to test drive the car Larry was busy but handed us off to Chris. Chris did an excellent job describing the car features and bringing up different models so that we could be sure we would be getting exactly what we wanted. Chris was also good at understanding what interested us most in terms of features and highlighted those options for us. Again, we did not feel pressured to make a decision. I also felt that Chris and Larry made an effort to get us a very good price on the car without a bunch of haggling, which I definitely appreciated. Our previous car purchase was a Toyota Venza from this dealership and I could easily see us coming back again when we next need a car. More
