Since I have difficulty walking, the salesman Harvey Nyien, immediately had the vehicle brought to the door, so that I was able to inspect it and take a test drive.He answered all my questions. I also very much appreciated that since I wanted a base model he did not try to up sell me to an upgraded model. I was able to hold the car with a deposit and return the next day with my wife. Harvey was very helpful, answering my wife's questions and arranging the sale. Before we left the dealership he made sure we were aware of and comfortable with all the car's features.
