We were considering hybrids, so of course we had to check out the Toyota Prius. We stopped into Toyota of Naperville, and were immediately greeted by Erick Heinz. Erick was amazing - he sat down with us and explained that he did things a little differently. He’d start with the base model and work up until we had all of our desired features, without trying to push us into more expensive options. We felt like he was working with us, not against us, something that makes a sale much more pleasant on both sides. Go to Toyota of Naperville. Ask for Erick... you’ll be glad you did! His support team was amazing, too. My fiancé is an over-thinker when it comes to spending money, and I thought I was going to have to pull teeth to get him from his old decrepit Hyundai into a safer vehicle.
