The service is less than adequate. They have new technology when you arrive, but no one greets you. They walk past as you sit there. My oil change took 2 1/2 hours. The service has decreased in speed and friendliness every time I come. I am considering driving to a different dealership. More

Tried to get me to purchase a front end alignment without even checking to see if one is needed. I drove through some big computer thing that they said checked tires, alignment, and other things but didn’t even checking to see if one is needed. Very poor customer service car was not repair as requested .noons assist when I called to report I was told to take my car back where I had the lights out on. I explained to KersevMorris I purchased my Avalon in 2015 brand and nite under car light was one of features on the car I called/ days in. row no one in upper management called me back no one would let me speak to service manager nor general manager.I am very disappointed with the service and the rudeness show.by Karser, and the service reps the front desk clerk Donna I was put on hold fir 20 minutes I paid over $900 for case repairs I didn’t get the wire take care of Karser said she told them to tuck the wire I told her I didn’t want the wire tucked i wanted it fixed.this and has been a very bad experience for me.
