Seems there was a management change recently, and the quality of service is definitely not up to par. They made a mistake with my vehicle getting a routine oil change, which they did fix. 25 year loyal Toyota owner. I’m over it. What’s the point when you can’t get your 2024 vehicle serviced under warranty? Have to go to Birmingham. With an appointment for 5k tir I’m over it. With an appointment for 5k tire rotation, a tire pressure or gauge problem, 2 plus hours later they hadn’t looked at my vehicle. Response- no manager and short, trained techs. Did I know anyone who could do the job? Zero offer to resolve or add air to tire. Tossed me my keys. Left a woman with a low tire to fend for herself on the same blvd where Amy xxxxx was shot and paralyzed. No thanks! More

I waited 2. 5 hours yesterday afternoon (08/26/2024) just to be told they hadn't actually gotten the part to fix my car yet and no work had been done. Why did it 5 hours yesterday afternoon (08/26/2024) just to be told they hadn't actually gotten the part to fix my car yet and no work had been done. Why did it take 2.5 hours to figure that out? This was a scheduled appointment as well, but I've learned from multiple experiences that means nothing at this location. You'll pretty much always wait 3 hours, but usually they at least have something to show for it. More

I had a 1:00 appointment. I arrived at 12:50 and checked in. At 2:40 I asked the service advisor why it wasn’t ready. 5 minutes later I was notified it was completed.
