I arrived at the dealership after discovering a screw in my tire. I had no appointment but they took me anyway. I have had this and my previous 4Runner serviced at this dealership. I notified the service wr my tire. I had no appointment but they took me anyway. I have had this and my previous 4Runner serviced at this dealership. I notified the service writer that I had bought my tires here. He told me 90 minutes. My wife and I waited in the waiting room since our other vehicle was being repaired due to a recall. After two hours, they messaged me and said my vehicle was ready. They charged me $36 dollars for the tire repair. I had already canceled one appointment that morning because of this delay and was anxious to get back on schedule. I am sure my vehicle history was on the dealership computer system including a record of the tire purchase which included a road hazard warranty. So, I should not have been charged for this tire repair. I will remember this the next time I need Toyota service. More
Poor service went to have my first service on my truck it took a hour and a half to do and then it sat on the ready line for 45 minutes and no one would let me know had to go into the service office and ask took a hour and a half to do and then it sat on the ready line for 45 minutes and no one would let me know had to go into the service office and ask about we’re they through also had a tire issue right after I brought it called couldn’t get get no one to call me back had to call and ask for the head manager of the dealer they would not let me talk him but got the service manager and when it was all said and done it cost me 1400.00 dollars also had issues with my other truck I traded in you would think I would have been treated a little better since me and my wife have bought 12 vehicles in a six year period but after this last time I will be getting my services and trading out of town from now on More
Paco was really great but we brought up a couple extra concerns and he said the tech stated we needed new tires. We have had the car for just over 34,000 miles and have gotten regular tire rotations. Our 2018 Camry that we traded in we put 50k miles on and were just getting advised about needing tires soon. The tread isn't very low at all either so I feel like new tires would be a massive waste of money. Like I said, paco was great and he's just repeating what he's told but I'm so tired of getting the run around from here instead of straight answers. More

Horrible service. Tried to scam me out of $1700 for wheel bearings that weren’t needed. Then tried to claim my tires were completely “undriveable”.
