Have my first negative experience with the Service Deptartment, after 1 1/2 years of exceptional interactions. It has taken nearly a month to get a windshield replacement. My peeve stems from the fact that I paid extra protective costs during my financing of car purchase. I am not able to travel due to this unexplainable mishap. In December 2021, I requested an oil change, tire rotation, tire alignment, and balance on my 2019 Toyota CHR. The vehicle had only been driven for a total of 5,500+ miles around the town of Millbro rotation, tire alignment, and balance on my 2019 Toyota CHR. The vehicle had only been driven for a total of 5,500+ miles around the town of Millbrook, AL over the past two years. It was raining when I picked up my car from the dealership, so I failed to notice that the tires had not been rotated. The front tires (front wheel drive) were more worn than the rear tires. I contacted the dealership on February 8, 2022 and reported the issue. The service advisor assured me that the tires were rotated in December 2021. He stated, "There had a to be a significant change in the way the vehicle was driven in order for the front tires to be that worn. We need to measure the tread." I decided not to bring my car back to the dealership because I no longer trust the service department. More
I had an issue with my 2019 Toyota Camry and pulled into your service department while on a business trip from Jacksonville, FL to Memphis, TN. Danny Spisak was kind enough to help me. Although the car was running, it had trouble starting earlier and the check engine light was on. Danny was very professional and took my information while I waited inside. After the problem was diagnosed, he clearly explained what the problem was and informed me that the part was in stock and we went ahead with the repair. The whole experience was handled very well and I was back on the road in no time. I am extremely grateful to Danny and your team in the service department at Reinhardt Toyota for doing such an excellent job. Danny is an asset to your dealership and lets people know through his actions that you are a quality dealership that puts customers first. More
While I was waiting to get my car service, a lady came in with a dog and pulled up a chair for her and one for her dog. Upon leaving she did not clean the chair. UPS Lost Shipment but Reinhardt Came Through I ordered a car battery but UPS lost the shipment. I worked with Kate to rectify the issue. New battery arrived two days later and Kate worked with UP I ordered a car battery but UPS lost the shipment. I worked with Kate to rectify the issue. New battery arrived two days later and Kate worked with UPS to get a refund for the lost battery. This could have been a big hassle but Kate did all the work and provided amazingly quick, super friendly, no hassle customer service. She kept me in the loop until I was refunded and made sure everything was squared away. Thank you, Kate! Will not hesitate to order from Reinhardt again. Houston, TX More

If anything out of the ordinary has to be done, I'm always consulted prior to any action being taken. Another big plus has been having free tire rotation because I purchased my tires through the dealership. The courtesy shuttle around town has been a welcome offering when I've wanted to complete an errand while waiting. Furthermore, I'm always impressed with the courtesy shown while I'm waiting in the lounge. An abundance of newspapers are available while a gracious hostess offers free bottled water and cookies. Large clean restrooms, two large-screen televisions, and several spacious seating areas add to the overall experience to make waiting both relaxing and comfortable. More
