This is the first time I have had service at this location. It was very easy to make my appointment and both employees I interacted with were professional and friendly. Karsen helped me get in and location. It was very easy to make my appointment and both employees I interacted with were professional and friendly. Karsen helped me get in and out quickly even though I was 15 minutes late for my appointment time. My only suggestion would be to be able to make my appointment using my Toyota app. More

The service is less than adequate. They have new technology when you arrive, but no one greets you. They walk past as you sit there. My oil change took 2 1/2 hours. Tried to get me to purchase a front end alignment without even checking to see if one is needed. I drove through some big computer thing that they said checked tires, alignment, and other things but didn’t even checking to see if one is needed.
