The only problem I have is whoever repaired my sunvisor left greasy black finger prints in the upper headliner around the repaired section. My headliner is beige and he didn't clean his prints off. 3-Hour wait past my appointment time. Just to have a key programmed for my new vehicle. Waiting with my mother who has dementia. Not fun! The staff was nice and I did appreciate that. Seems there was a management change recently, and the quality of service is definitely not up to par. They made a mistake with my vehicle getting a routine oil change, which they did fix. 25 year loyal Toyota owner. I’m over it. What’s the point when you can’t get your 2024 vehicle serviced under warranty? Have to go to Birmingham. With an appointment for 5k tir I’m over it. With an appointment for 5k tire rotation, a tire pressure or gauge problem, 2 plus hours later they hadn’t looked at my vehicle. Response- no manager and short, trained techs. Did I know anyone who could do the job? Zero offer to resolve or add air to tire. Tossed me my keys. Left a woman with a low tire to fend for herself on the same blvd where Amy Dicks was shot and paralyzed. No thanks! More
