Austin was great to work with. He was professional and experienced. However, the dealership is very frustrating. 3 hour wait times are ridiculous. Everyone was very nice and I don't believe anything was stolen out of my car.🙂 But the wait was very long, and I had an appointment set up ahead of time.😩 I was only there for a service that involved stolen out of my car.🙂 But the wait was very long, and I had an appointment set up ahead of time.😩 I was only there for a service that involved oil change and tire rotation. An oil change appointment shouldn’t take 3 hours. I’ve been to other Toyota service centers and have never waited that long. The waiting room is also not as nice as others. Jon the service advisor was not very knowledgeable about how to serve a customer with a warranty. He insisted on me not having a warranty for my 2024 vehicle and that I would have to pay for the service. Af how to serve a customer with a warranty. He needs training on building trusting relationships with customers. Also, the wait time is ridiculous!😡 More

I had an appointment, but still waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for an oil change. Seems a little long for a simple oil change.
