The wait for service department is super long and the advisors do not update you to give you an estimate of the wait time after you’ve been there for 3-4 hours. They have no idea how to fix technical issues because they don’t have a technology technician. I was having issues with remote connect, where I spoke with support tech they said I needed an update. Luckily I purchased Toyota Extra Care, when they installed the module they returned my car with the lights on the dash and my safety features disabled. When I asked them why were they in their answer was they don’t know and they don’t know how to turn the lights off. I sat at the dealership for 6 straight hours waisting a day waiting on them to try to figure out what’s wrong with my car just for them to tell me they don’t know! A complete waist! More

While I’m sure they do their best, this dealerships service is atrocious. It took over 2 days for a simple oil change and took over 30 minutes on the phone to even schedule my maintenance. Since arrival I was treated very professionally by Mr Glenn Stinchcomb. The tech that woks in my Tacoma is Mr Brandon Hurst and does a great job on my truck every time he works on it.
