I had a 1:00 appointment. I arrived at 12:50 and checked in. At 2:40 I asked the service advisor why it wasn’t ready. 5 minutes later I was notified it was completed. Ther I arrived at 12:50 and checked in. At 2:40 I asked the service advisor why it wasn’t ready. 5 minutes later I was notified it was completed. There’s absolutely no reason it takes almost 2 hours for an oil change! More

Disappointed that the drivers side step on my son’s truck decided to quit working while in their possession and they had nothing to offer as far as any blame or help on the bill.
