The factory service at 5,000 miles on my vehicle was fast and complete . I made an appointment in advance and the dealership was eager and waiting. AWESOME EXPERIENCE. I WASN’t even in the market for a car, I was just riding around the lot waiting to go to lunch when Felix with his beautiful, friendly and warm smile I WASN’t even in the market for a car, I was just riding around the lot waiting to go to lunch when Felix with his beautiful, friendly and warm smile walked up and asked if he could show me the car I was looking at… the rest is history. While waiting for Felix to get the keys, his boss Jorge, who also has a warm and friendly smile came over and asked if I had been helped. That was on a Monday and on Tuesday afternoon I went back for a test drive and purchased my dream car. Tyler in finance was a dream to work with also.
