They are very helpfull and friendly. Some people claim that they over charge, I believe they are reasonable priced. They always fix the problem quickly and on the first go around. that they over charge, I believe they are reasonable priced. They always fix the problem quickly and on the first go around. More

He is arrogant, condescending, and has an absolutely disgusting attitude, making his presence more than uncomfortable. Even after speaking with several of the other salesmen, they all eventually admitted to being unable to stand how arrogant and condescending of a fool he was. Reinhardt Toyota will never have my, nor my family/friends', business as long as he works there. Between me, my girlfriend, and two other friends of mine, Lee lost Reinhardt over $120,000 of potential sales. Also, another manager there, named Bob, is a very dishonest individual who takes hours to provide laughable "deals" and pricing. I went with McKinnon Toyota in Clanton and dealt with Brian Lowery, who had a price that beat Reinhardt by over $3,000 within 5 minutes of my walking in the door and no negotiating. Due to Lee at Reinhardt, I was (thankfully) pushed to find McKinnon, who received my $40,000 purchase. More
I had bought a car and had a great experience. Talked to them about my son, who had a bankruptcy just over 4 years ago and a very high interest rate. Since he lived in North Bham and I live in Alexander Ci them about my son, who had a bankruptcy just over 4 years ago and a very high interest rate. Since he lived in North Bham and I live in Alexander City, this was not a short drive for either of us. They said to have him apply online which he did, they called, wanted pay stubs, pay off, etc. He provided it all, they told him he was approved, he asked for interest rate, they said come in, he asked for interest rate. they said have your mom cosign you will get what she did. I got a zero percent. We both drove in and he picked out the car he wanted. The horror began. I had just bought my car 8 days prior, they insisted, I must do a new credit app. They started giving us the run around from the beginning. They treated us in a way not like we were the customer but instead kind of laughingly like they were even better than us. The financial man, I think his name is Lee, is rude, talks down to you and never answers a question straight up. After 2 hours they made their first offers. Yes, even then they didnt give us an interest rate. He came out with a range of prices, and when I finally said what is this interest rate, he replied 12 to 15 more than my son is even paying now. Don't waste your time with these people. I can only figure my first experience was good, because I called them near closing on a Sunday and they must have been short a quota. Lee from there is horrible. Don't go there. One more thing, once we got there, they had lost all of the previous info my son had provided to them, he had to redo all of it. More

They complete the service correctly the FIRST TIME but they OVERCHARGE. A job where the part is maybe $50.00 they will charge you $200.00 to fix it. I rarely get a service done where the cost is not $50 they OVERCHARGE. A job where the part is maybe $50.00 they will charge you $200.00 to fix it. I rarely get a service done where the cost is not $500.00. The unfortunate thing, however, is that it is very hard to find businesses that can actually repair TOyota vehicles without having to do it over and over and over again. Some examples: replace light bulb in cargo area was like $90.00; for them to lift up a stuck seat it was $45.00; for them to replace windshield wiper blade it is like $30.00. They overcharge for most things, YET to clean my engine they charged only like $40.00 and to fix other minor stuff they have done it for free. More
What a pleasant change in the air at Reinhardt toyota! I have vistied in the past and had to wait a long time and just didn't feel the service in their customer service. I brought in my new 4Runner recentl have vistied in the past and had to wait a long time and just didn't feel the service in their customer service. I brought in my new 4Runner recently and OMG what a difference now. The employees are all so friendly and knowledegable. It was actually fun just to be there. Free wifi so I could surf while I waited - not long - what a pleasant surprise. Can't wait for my next visit, they really made me feel like family there. :) More
We bought a 4runner in October and did not get what we wanted. I am military and ordered it from another state. I was promised certain things on the car with the deal and did not get it. To make matter wanted. I am military and ordered it from another state. I was promised certain things on the car with the deal and did not get it. To make matters worse, the nice salesman that was handling our deal was fired because he was "helping" us too much. The guy that took over for us told us the salesman we had had the next few days off. The new salesman promised us the same as the last salesman but when we got the vehicle it didnt have everything on it. We tried to complain, but the rude boss didn't want anything to do with us and didn't care about our situation. Furthermore, while we were buying we recommended them to our neighbors who bought TWO vehicles from them the same week. That did not matter to the boss, and he would not give us customer satisfaction with our vehicle. I will discourage everyone I meet from going there and especially my military community. More
It was a special treat to work with Reinhardt Motors in Montgomery, AL. And, in particular with the salesman, Joe Knight. We had had the worst experience of our lives with Jack Ingram Motors before going Montgomery, AL. And, in particular with the salesman, Joe Knight. We had had the worst experience of our lives with Jack Ingram Motors before going to Reinhardt. The reason we had to go to another dealership was because Jack Ingram sold my 86 year old Mother a lemon. I had worked on the phone with the salesman and manager who both said the car they were selling her was in excellent condition. The day after buying it, the car literally stalled out on the highway. After a couple of times with this we had to replace the car and Jack Ingram refused to work with us. I found Reinhardt Motors through the Better Business Bureau. And was connected with Joe Knight. From the start, he showed himself to be considerate and helpful as well as patient in working with my Mother. Since I am out of state, he worked with me at the same time in taking care of the car insurance and paying off the loan for Jack Ingram's car to have a new loan company handle the purchase. Joe Knight is the best salesman I have met since purchasing cars over the past 30+ years. He took it upon himself to work with my Mother in showing her how to use the car, so different than her other one. When the deal was completed, he called her to make sure she and the car were fine. It has been most excellent and my Mother is well pleased. Joe surprised me with a call to check on me during Hurricane Sandy here in NJ. That is beyond the call of duty. I am most grateful to him and Reinhardt Motors for their excellence in customer service. M.J. in NJ More
My husband and I bought used from Reinhardt Motors Inc. and not only was the vehicle overpriced by $3,000.00 but they sold us a vehicle that had a faulty cd player and has mechanical problems. Although the and not only was the vehicle overpriced by $3,000.00 but they sold us a vehicle that had a faulty cd player and has mechanical problems. Although they replaced the faulty cd player, the mechanical problems have continued. The crank problem that I experienced with my vehicle only 2 weeks after I purchased my vehicle was discredited as a "security feature" by my salesman, and has now escalated into a $950.00 problem. My husband and I have only had our vehicle for 6 months and we are already having to replace our cam shaft sprocket which is the $950.00 job that I mentioned above. Reinhardt is unwilling to help us with the repairs only because we left a bad review online about the quality of the product we received and the amount we paid for it, and those words were the words of the manager at the dealership. Not only did they sell us a vehicle for $14,995.00 that was only worth $12,000.00 but they also paid off my trade in for $8,000.00 and we found it on their lot for sale for $11,995.00. As you can tell their vehicles are way overpriced and from our experience not inspected very well and very poor quality. I would never recommend anyone buying from this dealership. More
