I bought a 2018 Toyota RAV4 from Reinhardt Toyota in March 2021 (a year ago). The sales rep, Mark Harmann, was extremely pleasant to deal with. He was friendly, down–to–earth, professional, courteous, low pressure, informative and knowledgeable. Here’s why I used so many adjectives to describe Mark Harmann: While test driving a 2018 Toyota RAV4 from Carvana (an online used car dealership), I decided to visit Reinhardt Toyota to test drive a 2018 Toyota RAV4 that I’d found on their (Reinhardt Toyota’s) website. I was told to ask for Mark Harmann when I arrived at Reinhardt Toyota. Upon my arrival, Mark greeted me, chatted with me, listened to me, answered all of my questions, and then did something that I will never forget: He asked if he could look under the hood of the RAV4 that I was test driving from Carvana. I said yes. Bear in mind, I’d received the RAV4 from Carvana the night before and had planned to have my brother (an ASE certified mechanic for over 20 years) inspect the vehicle for me later in the week. When Mark lifted the hood to look at the engine, he politely said, “I wanna show something. Do you see all this rust and corrosion around this engine? That’s from road salt. I’ll bet you this vehicle is from up north… isn’t it?” I told him that it was indeed from up north – New Jersey, to be exact. He explained that the rust on certain parts of the vehicle could possibly create problems with subframe damage, the car’s exhaust and muffler systems, coil springs, etc. I thanked him for the information and told him that my brother would be inspecting the vehicle for me within the next couple of days. He then took me to the RAV4 I’d found on Reinhardt Toyota’s website, lifted the hood, and showed me that there was zero rust and zero corrosion anywhere under the hood or anywhere else on the vehicle. After test driving the vehicle, I decided to put down a deposit to hold it until my brother could inspect the RAV4 from Carvana. The following day, my brother inspected the RAV4 from Carvana. When he lifted the hood, the FIRST words out of his mouth were, “This car has gotta be from up north! Look at all this rust in here. Come here, let me show you.” All I could do was laugh because I had NOT told my brother that the vehicle was from up north/New Jersey, and I had NOT told him that Mark had said the SAME thing a day earlier. Needless to say, I returned Carvana’s RAV4 to them with zero hassles, by the way; I am not trying to bash Carvana. I ended up buying the RAV4 from Reinhardt for a reasonable price and with zero hassles. (My brother had inspected the vehicle and had found no major issues with it.) I waited until I’d owned my RAV4 for at least a full year before writing my review because even though I was super impressed with the sales rep, Mark Harmann, I also wanted to make sure that I was just as impressed with the vehicle, too. I was. To sum it all up, my car buying experience at Reinhardt Toyota was memorable, stress–free, and absolutely awesome! More
In December 2021, I requested an oil change, tire rotation, tire alignment, and balance on my 2019 Toyota CHR. The vehicle had only been driven for a total of 5,500+ miles around the town of Millbro rotation, tire alignment, and balance on my 2019 Toyota CHR. The vehicle had only been driven for a total of 5,500+ miles around the town of Millbrook, AL over the past two years. It was raining when I picked up my car from the dealership, so I failed to notice that the tires had not been rotated. The front tires (front wheel drive) were more worn than the rear tires. I contacted the dealership on February 8, 2022 and reported the issue. The service advisor assured me that the tires were rotated in December 2021. He stated, "There had a to be a significant change in the way the vehicle was driven in order for the front tires to be that worn. We need to measure the tread." I decided not to bring my car back to the dealership because I no longer trust the service department. More
I had an issue with my 2019 Toyota Camry and pulled into your service department while on a business trip from Jacksonville, FL to Memphis, TN. Danny Spisak was kind enough to help me. Although the car was running, it had trouble starting earlier and the check engine light was on. Danny was very professional and took my information while I waited inside. After the problem was diagnosed, he clearly explained what the problem was and informed me that the part was in stock and we went ahead with the repair. The whole experience was handled very well and I was back on the road in no time. I am extremely grateful to Danny and your team in the service department at Reinhardt Toyota for doing such an excellent job. Danny is an asset to your dealership and lets people know through his actions that you are a quality dealership that puts customers first. More
I came in to around March looking to trade and met Mr. Lawrence. Mr. Lawrence kept me in mind when new vehicles came on the lot. Finally, right before Christmas, the vehicle for me came on the lot! Mr. Lawrence got my paperwork started before I got there via over the phone so I did not have to wait long once I arrived. The financing process was easy and smooth with Mr. Ken as well Also, the lady that shows how the car technology works is a gem.. Deceptive advertising on their website. Prices listed on their website are not the prices on the vehicles. My experience was - add $5000. I expressed my dismay with the Sales Manager. I think his last name was Slimey - maybe I got the letters in the wrong order. Anyway, he said, "We list the MSRP on the website; however, that doesn't necessarily mean that is the price we have on the car." In my book, that is deceptive. Also, they have a link for each car indicating "Value Trade-In, See your car's value." Click the link to get Kelley Blue Book (KBB) high and low trade-in values for your car. It also provides you with an "estimated trade-in equity." Unfortunately, more deception. I asked about that and was told, "We use Kelley Black Book." Interestingly enough, the "Black Book" value was $4000-6000 lower than Kelley Blue Book values. BUYER BEWARE - THIS DEALERSHIP IS FULL OF TRICKS! Conversely, many dealerships actually provide "their" price when online shopping. For example they will have the MSRP with a line through it and have a discounted "internet price." At the time of this writing, 11/13/2021, Lynch Toyota in Auburn advertises in this manner. I've purchased vehicles there in the past and have learned that I should just wait for vehicles to arrive at Lynch rather than venture to Reinhardt. PS, I did not purchase a vehicle at Reinhardt and will not be going back to that dealership - EVER! More

Found a car online for $18,300 and was a great car & less than other dealers. it was to be a Toyota certified vehicle a well. i called to meet w a salesman the next day and hour later the online price was in than other dealers. it was to be a Toyota certified vehicle a well. i called to meet w a salesman the next day and hour later the online price was increased by nearly $400. met w them, drove the car and went in to talk numbers. i was impressed that we made a deal for the car for $18,100 plus fees. i was happy w the number. i had $15,000 cash and was to finance $3100. they came back w a monthly payment of $170 month for 60 months which would have been an extra $10,000. i told them the math didn't add up and they couldn't explain where the extra came from. finally they said the extra was for $2500 to certify the car plus a warranty. i didn't want to pay that extra then they said they couldn't sell the car w o the certification and warranty. they also said that price was added after the car price because some people didn't want the certification and warranty. i told them i would be happy to buy the car w o it yet they refused to sell the car. when i confronted the salesman about the price i was bombarded by the salesman, sales manager and finance manager. they were all talking number after number trying to confuse me and pressure me into agreeing to $170 per month. i was getting mad and told them i would buy the car that day without the certification and they refused to sell me the the car at all. these people were trying their best to scam me out of thousands of dollars. i left after driving 2 hours to make a deal they agreed to. on my way home the salesman called and said they had an older car they'd sell for the same price. i didn't want it. finally he said the numbers were high because they were just trying to make a profit. i understand them needing to make a profit but not scam us out of $10,000! my daughter wrote a review a well but it was deleted. I've bought many new and used cars and have never been scammed this bad, ever. i don't see how they can justify the way they deal. i feel sorry for people who do not know how dealers add fees they don't see and just agree to a monthly payment. if i hadn't been knowledgeable about these things i would have paid $28,000 for a $18,000 car. buyers beware and pay attention to all the numbers whether you see them or not More
